  • Perfect for people new to the world of wine, Wine 101 is designed to teach you how to taste wine like a professional. The course is one night for 2 hours (6pm - 8pm CST). It is taught by a live instructor online. No experience required. From your local retailer, please have the following wines ready during class: Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, California Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from Oregon or France, and a Zinfandel from California.
