Perfect for people new to the world of wine, this course results in a WSET Level 1 certificate and is a great starting point for most novice consumers. The online course is based around a 4-week, 7 module online learning programme with educator support available during this time. Each module includes a series of independent activities to help you understand the differences between grape varieties and types and styles of wine. Students will be introduced to our Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits while also exploring the use of spirits in cocktails. Students will receive their study materials as soon as they register for the course. Once the materials have arrived, please start reading the book and taking notes, making flash cards etc. You need to come to class prepared having read the book. -
