The topic of this paper is Sustainability. Candidates must register by purchasing this product by July 8, 2022. The submission date for a hard copy of the paper is July 31, 2022. -

Unit 3 Still Wines of the World
Unit 3 explores still wines around the globe. Unit 3 is assessed by two separate exams; a tasting exam and a theory, closed-book examination. The exams are held over two days. The Unit 3 exam dates for 2019 are October 29th and 30th. -
