Submission dates are specific to a paper and occur on Jan 31st and July 31st of each academic year. Unit 4 explores the methods of spirit production as well as the types and styles of spirits around the globe. Unit 4 is assessed by a combined tasting and theory, closed-book examination, consisting of a tasting paper of three sparkling wines and one theory question. -

Upon completion, students will be able to assess wines accurately and use their understanding to confidently explain wine style and quality. This course results in a WSET Level 3 certificate. We highly suggest candidates take Level 2 before taking Level 3 unless they have several years of experience in the wine industry. -
