The first class is online on Zoom and is recorded. The second class focusing on Food & Wine Pairing takes place in Person in Detroit. A practice quiz is provided. -

The course covers the main categories of spirits and liqueurs as well as the influences of production methods on the different styles available in each category. Students will be introduced to our Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits while also exploring the use of spirits in cocktails. The product knowledge gained on this course will give a significant advantage to those working with spirits in both on- and off-trade alcohol. -

The WSET Level 3 Wine course has a tasting component on the exam. As such, an online exam is not offered. Candidates must sit the exam in person in Chicago. This course is an online course that begins with an instructor-led launch session on Jan 3rd at 6pm CST. This 2-hour session is recorded and can be viewed anytime. A class link will be sent to you via email a few days before the class begins. This course contains the same content and materials of our in-person course, however, students are responsible for securing wines locally. A list of suggested wines will be provided during the launch session.
