    Join American Wine School and the PDO Noussa during this sit-down, tutored tasting led by Master Sommelier Jill Zimorski for members of the wine trade, restaurant industry, American Wine School Alumni. The event begins at 6pm sharp with a presentation followed by a tasting of Xinomavro wines. Reservations are required.

  • Perfect for people new to the world of wine, Wine 101 is designed to teach you how to taste wine like a professional. The course is one night for 2 hours (6pm - 8pm CST). It is taught by a live instructor online. No experience required. From your local retailer, please have the following wines ready during class: Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, California Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from Oregon or France, and a Zinfandel from California. Half bottles are a great way to keep costs down.

Perfect for people new to the world of wine or those interested in learning how to select a bottle of wine from a retail shelf, this one-night class is a great starting point for most novice consumers. No experience required. This course is taught by a live instructor online using Zoom. Once you register, study materials & wine tasting list will be sent to you via regular mail. Please have a glass of wine with you during the class. A class link will be sent to you via email a few days before the class begins. After class, test your knowledge using our online quiz.
