No experience required. This course is taught by a live instructor online using Zoom. Once you register, study materials & wine tasting list will be sent to you via regular mail. Please have a glass of wine with you during the class. A class link will be sent to you via email a few days before the class begins. After class, test your knowledge using our online quiz. -

This course is the perfect starting point for those who are new to wine or have never taken a wine class before. While the course is designed to be completed in 1 month, student have the flexibility to move through the material at their own pace. Each session is outlined in the online course book, Virtual Wine Companion, with corresponding videos, photos, articles, quizzes, and assignments to reinforce key topics. By the end of the session, candidates will have a sound foundation of grape growing and winemaking as well as food & wine pairing. Additionally, students will learn how to construct a professional tasting note and improve their wine tasting skills. The course culminates with a final quiz to test your knowledge before the classroom is closed.
