American Wine School is an Approved Program Provider for the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). The WSET® is an internationally recognized program designed to provide high-quality education and sought-after qualifications in wines and spirits members of the trade (or those intending to join it) as well as for the interested consumer. Our Nantucket courses are taught as an immersion class with both in-person classes and access to an online study portal. Candidates will receive study material and access to the online study portal in advance of the class. The study portal contains recorded videos, quizzes, and practice questions to check knowledge and to help candidates prepare for the course exam. The course is delivered over two days with lectures, wine tastings, and review. The 1 hour, multiple-choice exam takes place on the third day.
The course fee includes study materials, course instruction, wines for in-person classes, exam fee, and digital certificate upon passing the exam.
