The American Wine School offers WSET Level 1 Wine & Level 2 Wine in the Akron, Canton, Cleveland areas with in-person classroom instruction in The Cave at Gervasi Vineyard. The course includes tours of the winery led by Head Winemaker David Smith.

    • Week 1: Class #1 with tasting followed by a tour of The Cave
    • Week 2: Tour of wine making facility followed by Class #2 with tasting
    • Week 3: Course Review followed by the Course exam

Additionally, candidates will have access to the AWS flex-study portal that provides access to online quizzes, tasting note feedback, and recorded lectures. The portal is designed as an important study tool for learning wine. Course fee includes:  Cave & Winery Tours, study material, access to the AWS online study module, in-person exam, and digital certificate upon passing the exam. Please note AWS does not issue lapel pins.
