D4 Sparkling Wine covers the major regions and styles of sparkling wine around the world. The course focuses on production and business of sparkling wine within each region. In addition to theory, the course also includes tasting. Guidance will be provided on how to use the WSET SAT to write tasting notes. Mock exam questions are available in the online study portal along with videos, recorded lectures, and tasting note submissions. Candidates will attend instructor-led Zoom sessions and mock tastings prior to the exam.

The exam date is associated with the course and cannot be changed as exams are ordered in advance. Candidates who miss their scheduled exam will be subject to a missed exam fee.
