D2 The Business of Wine examines the dynamics of the global market for alcoholic beverages, the local market and the marketing of alcoholic beverages. It is assessed by an open-response exam. 60 min exam. Considered part of the foundation of Diploma, the D2 unit should be taken before moving on to any other units. This unit is taken online with both virtual and global support. There is no wine tasting on the exam.
The exam date is associated with the course and cannot be changed as exams are ordered in advance. Candidates who miss their scheduled exam will be subject to a missed exam fee.
