Understanding the principles of food and wine pairing makes selecting wine for dinner a snap. Through simple tastings using 4 different wines, this course will help you understand the chemical reaction that takes place on your palate. The course is one night for 2 hours (6pm – 8pm CST). It is taught by a live instructor online. No experience required.

AWS will provide a list of wines that you can share with your local retailer or we have hand-selected an AWS 4-pack through WineJug, an online retailer, to enhance your studies. Founded by an AWS alum, WineJug can deliver your class wines directly to your door. Students are responsible for the cost of the wines.
